1. Who we are
[r]think is a venture studio operated by [r]think Pty Ltd (ABN pending). This policy covers the website rthink.co and any data collected through it. It does not cover our portfolio companies (such as deetech.ai or voxie.ai), which maintain their own privacy policies.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you voluntarily provide:
Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, stated reason for contacting us, and your message. This data is transmitted via your email client (mailto:) and is not stored on our servers.
Cloudflare Turnstile. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile may collect limited technical data (such as browser type and interaction patterns) to verify you are human. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.
Local storage. We use your browser's localStorage to track anonymous page view counts on blog posts. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. No cookies are set by rthink.co.
Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser user agents, and request timestamps. These are used for security monitoring and are retained according to Google Cloud's data retention policies.
3. How we use your information
We use contact form data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run advertising on this site.
4. Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services:
Google Fonts -- for typography. Google may collect usage data as described in their privacy policy.
Google Cloud Platform -- for hosting. Standard infrastructure logging applies.
Cloudflare Turnstile -- for bot protection on forms.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising technologies.
5. Data retention
Contact form submissions are processed through your email client and stored in our email inbox. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the business relationship. Server logs are retained according to Google Cloud's default retention periods.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@rthink.co.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
If you are located in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 apply to our handling of your personal information.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
