In the workout
Made for the phone in your pocket
- Keeps going with the screen off. The timer keeps counting and cueing while the screen is locked. The notification shows where you are, and you can control the timer from it without unlocking.
- Loud, adjustable cues. Set the cue volume and vibration, and add a countdown or a halfway chime.
- Bluetooth delay calibration. Earbuds can lag. Calibrate the delay so each cue lands on the change.
- Works with your music. Cues can briefly duck your music, pause it, or leave it playing.
- Readable across the gym. Large countdown digits, and distinct colours for work and rest.
Cue delivery depends on your phone's power, volume and Do Not Disturb settings.
Sessions
Plan the whole session
- Chain workouts back to back. Tabata, intervals, EMOM, boxing rounds and rest timers run as one planned session, from start to finish.
- Name each exercise and set its weight. Handy for circuits and strength work, where every round is different.
- Start from a ready-made workout. Upper body, Lower body and Cardio each come with eight named exercises.
Privacy
Private by design
- No account, no ads, no analytics. Nothing you do in the timer is sent to [r]think or anyone else. Google Play's Data safety section for the app says No data collected.
- History and streaks on your phone. Review your training by day, month, year or all time, with workout summaries and streaks.
